说明:

1、          此表由各备课组长根据工作开展情况如实填写。

2、          组长必须在作好集体备课计划,并在规定时间内组织讨

论研究,形成教学指导意见并作好记录。

3、          每学月结束后的下一周周一上午备课组长将工作手册交  

教科室登记检查,并由教科室领导签署检查意见。

4、          每学期末各组长认真作好总结,将工作手册交教科室存
